FINALLY: A conference for you, built by you, that features you. This two-day part-conference, part-retreat is exactly what you need to reset and recharge.
In-Person & Virtual Options!
Sessions Built for YOU
We value community over big speaker names. You’ll be able to hear a variety of opinions and walk away with something you can use for your ministry.
Our sessions will feature two formats:
- Sessions with speakers who share on the same subject, but from different perspectives, assuring that you will walk away with something that YOU can use.
- Roundtable discussions, built on the principle that we learn better in circles that we do rows. This allows you to create a session built for you.
Schedules that have FUN
The conference itself will have some fun activities during the day.
- Thursday, we will go to a local multi-use venue for bowling, laser tag, and mini golf.
- If you’re not rushing off to get home, on Friday we’ll have some options to hang out more!
- Coffee, Tea, & Snacks available throughout the day
- Icebreakers & giveaways to take back home!
- Dinner Meetups to meet all your internet pals IRL!
Affordable for ALL
Many women are at churches that don’t have the big budgets, so why should your conference cost a ton? In addition to lunch & a group activity being provided, you have an option to sleep in a hotel or in the Student Ministry building, cutting costs.
Sign up by December 2nd for the early-bird cost of $129. After this date price will increase to $199.

When and where? Tell me more! The inaugural Women in Youth Ministry Conference will take place March 10th-11th, 2022 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN. From 9am Thursday through 4pm Friday we will have a two-day experience you will likely never forget. We will have a Facebook group for the Conference where you can organize rideshare, hotel sharing costs, and meetups on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday nights.
What does the cost include? What other costs should I prepare for? The cost includes lunch both days, and a fun outing on Thursday. Please plan to provide your own transportation and lodging, as well as other meals. If you’d like free lodging, we will have our Student Ministry Building, which includes showers, available for anyone who’d like to sleep in it. We will also have a Facebook group for anyone who’d like to coordinate carpooling and sharing hotel rooms.
Where is the nearest airport? What hotel should I stay at? If you choose to fly, use the Indianapolis International Airport. We are located just 20 minutes from it. Within minutes of our venue are several hotels. You can receive a rate discount by clicking here.
Would I be able to use my continuing education budget for this? Absolutely! Senior Pastors, if you’re reading this because your talented staff member sent it to you, this will be the most important thing she goes to this year. Not only will she learn from others in her position, but she’ll be able to build relationships that last a lifetime. You can’t afford to not send her.
Would I be able to attend if I’m not in youth ministry? We think this conference will be most impactful for anyone in youth, children, college-aged/young adult, or family ministry — whether you are a Director, Pastor, Coordinator, or Administrator.
What will the COVID precautions be? While we cannot entirely predict what March will hold, we can say that we will always play on the more safe side. At this point, our venue is requiring church services & any large-group activities to require masks. We will be including lunch, and obviously you would take your mask off for that.
